RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

NON-RETUNABLE ITEMS:

Some items are not returnable to GoBlueLife.com due to manufacturers’ policies and restrictions. Click here for a list of brands that are not returnable to GoBlueLife.com. Additional manufacturers can be added to this list, so please contact us for the latest information. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly regarding return or replacement of these brands under their respective guarantees and/or warranties. Please contact us if you would like to obtain copies of the manufacturers' guarantees and warranties prior to purchase.

Items with a money back guarantee from the manufacturer. Some items come with a Money Back Guarantee from the manufacturer (an "MBG"). In those instances, GoBlueLife.com will not accept product returns. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly regarding return of the product and policies regarding such return. Please contact us if you like to obtain copies of manufacturers’ guarantees and warrantees, including any MBG, prior to purchase.

RETURNABLE ITEMS:

To return a product at GoBlueLife.com, log in to your account at GoBlueLife.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.

If your shipment arrives damaged. You must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify GoBlueLife.com immediately at damage@gobluelife.com to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify GoBlueLife.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. In the case of verified damaged shipments, GoBlueLife.com will credit or refund to you the costs of shipping.

Defective products. For returnable items, GoBlueLife.com offers a 15-day return policy for defective products. All products returned must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, registration card(s) and software. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. GoBlueLife.com will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We recommend that you choose a shipping company that is able to track your package and that you retain the provided tracking information until the refund is credited to your account. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. All late, non-defective, and/or incomplete returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All late, non-defective and/or incomplete returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or current product price.

Refunds. Your card will be credited for the price of the product and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after GoBlueLife.com has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

A minimum restock fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

Due to manufacturers' policies and restrictions, the following manufacturers products may not be returned to GoBlueLife.com for exchange, replacement or credit under any circumstance:
